"What is true of the individual will be tomorrow true of the whole nation
if individuals will but refuse to lose heart and hope."
Mahatma Gandhi
Mahatma Gandhi
Hope is often regarded as fragile and easily overshadowed by life's events, by the slightest of hardship.
I believe it's one of biggest assets.
We often misplace it, lose it ... holding on to hope is thought to be naive at times, even stupid or plain wrong.
And
And
"Hope is definitely not the same thing as
optimism. It is not the conviction that something will turn out well,
but the certainty that something makes sense, regardless of how it turns
out."
Vaclav Havel
I believe we should nurture hope, hold on close to it and use the strength it gives us to fuel or action.
Hope it's not just an abstract concept we throw around in discussions or use to illustrate a point.
We should put it to work. It can guide us through the bad, it can lift us up when we are pushed to the ground, it can comfort us when pain and sorrow burdens our souls.
"And thou shalt be secure, because there is hope;
yea, thou shalt dig about thee, and thou shalt take thy rest in safety."
Job 11:18
Children's Day
posts are though of to be a celebration of hope, even though on many
occasions we wrote about the pain and suffering children are subjected to.
The promise, the hope that each child represents is something that we believe is worth protecting and promoting.
And we believe fighting for education and investing in education is the best way to honor the hope our children offer us for a better today and tomorrow.

“In a world filled with hate, we must still dare to hope.
In a world filled with anger, we must still dare to comfort.
In a world filled with despair, we must still dare to dream.
And in a world filled with distrust, we must still dare to believe.”
Michael Jackson

Thinking about HOPE I came across this quote:
“We are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars.”~Oscar Wilde
Thank you @mike1909,for always looking at the stars and reminding us that the stars are there - always- also when the sky is clouded.
I heard this before,to hold tight in our hope even how thin or small it is, if this will take us to our dreams.
